Cari Lekebusch (Swe)

Swedish Techno legend, DJ, and music producer. A pioneer of electronic music with a career spanning over three decades. Lekebusch’s music has ranged from the electronic music boom of the late 80’s, to the diverse techno sounds of today. Lekebusch has, and still is expanding the horizon of dance music with his unique vision, and has played a key part in creating the global influence of the Swedish Techno scene.

• Miia MagiaMiia Magia’s 20-year journey in the world of music began with a passion for the depths of sound, taking her through decades of musical landscapes – from 90s UK alternative rock to 2000s Nu Disco and House, ending with contemporary classic Deep House and Techno.

A female pioneer in the Finnish club scene, also known as a strong influencer of the LGBTQ+ community, Miia has played all over Finland and abroad, sharing the stage with artists such as Axel Boman and Cari Lekebusch. Her signature DJ set is “deep and atmospheric, sharp and groovy”.

• Torolf StendikTorolf Stendik is a modern disco music artist, combining influences from house, jazz, funk and techno. This artist from the west coast of Finland is also known as a vinyl spinning DJ who also masters the secrets of performing live, using samplers, percussions and synths.

 

Torolf’s productions have been released by Studio Barnhus in Stockholm, Meltdown Deejays in Vaasa, Ohm Series in Copenhagen and OO Recordings in Helsinki. In the Tekniikan Museum set, Torolf looks set to mix old and new dance music, from a forward-sliding disco train to a booming house beat, to techno-cacophonies that explore the sonic spectrum.

• C. WinterC. Winter, DJ and event promoter who has been dedicated to spinning vinyl since the early 1990s. He’s known for his ability to seamlessly blend techno, house and electro rhythms.

Winter’s passion for vinyl and the unique warmth and depth it brings to music has made him a respected personality in the club scene. His ability to create vibrant auditory experiences with his old-school style, provides listeners with an authentic and unforgettable time.

By attending this event, each visitor commits to the Safer Space principles.

Guests have the right to express themselves as they are, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other characteristics. We do not tolerate sexism, racism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment or violence of any kind.

Please consider your surroundings and people present – customers, staff, and performers. Verbal harassment, inappropriate comments, and/or hate speech will not be tolerated at the event. Respect the personal space and integrity of others. If you are unsure of another’s boundaries, ask questions politely and make sure you understand the answer.

Everyone attendee is responsible for their own behavior. We expect everyone to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and positive atmosphere. The dance floor is for good vibes, and a good time. Please also respect the artists performing and leave them alone to do their jobs without disturbance or interruptions. When exploring the museum’s exhibition spaces, respect the venue and remember to be mindful of the exhibitions and displays. Return beverage containers to the bar area. Failure to follow safety guidelines will result in removal from the event.
