The exhibition features more than 100 objects of communication technology from the end of the 19th century to the present day, as well as treasures from image and film archives.

The Ghost and the Invention Device is an interactive and child-centered learning environment that includes versatile learning methods. The environment together with museum objects support children’s creative museum engagement and encourages them to observe, handle and understand technology as a part of their everyday life.

The exhibition “A Fantastic Failure” tells a story about failure that sowed the seeds of the next success. Even though the N-Gage crashed and burned, it helped to build the foundation for the later success of Finnish games. The exhibition showcases users of the N-Gage, game developers and the engineers who developed the device.

ei numeroa is a group exhibition that considers luck from a range of artistic perspectives. Spanning multiple geographies and cultural positions, the artworks touch on the operations of chance, unpredictability, agency and control within the setting of the collection of the Museum of Technology in Helsinki.
