Make your own Helsieni GrowKit and learn how to grow delicious oyster mushrooms at home! 😋

In this workshop you will learn:

• a bit about the biology of mushrooms
• the basics of mushroom cultivation
• how to make your own grow kit and how to start growing at home

The workshop includes materials for making and starting an oyster mushroom grow kit. Each participant can take home the grow kit they made themselves.

Also, join us for a recipe card exchange!

Bring and share your favorite dish recipe, and discover new ones from fellow participants. It’s a delightful opportunity to exchange culinary inspiration and expand your recipe collection.

☕ You are also welcome to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere, have a chat, or share nice memories with others over a cup of coffee or tea! No experience or special skills are required to participate. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn new things, share knowledge, and meet other people with the same interests.
